Online Banking FAQ
If you are a former 1st Pacific, Mission or new member logging into Online Banking for the first time after the system upgrade, please follow the steps below:
- The PIN number will default to the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number.
- The system will require the creation of five (5) security questions. You must re-enter PIN (last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number) and then create a new 8-digit PIN, which can be a combination of numbers and letters.
If you were also a bill pay user, your payee information was transferred into the new system. Just click the “Pay Bills” tab to access the new online bill pay.
Note: If you are a former 1st Pacific Member, your account number has changed. The new data system has a nine-digit account number standard.
Accounts with less than nine-digits will get a new set of prefix numbers to ensure a nine-digit standard.
Each number will begin with "7" and some number of leading zeros and end with your account number.
See the chart below to better understand the new formatting.
