Community Trust has a range of owner-occupied mortgage products. We offer products that are suited to the needs of borrowers who have limited or challenged credit as well as borrowers who have a lot of experience with credit and may have owned their homes in the past.

How do I get started?
Contact your local Community Trust branch to talk with a loan officer.

If you meet in-person with a loan officer, it is helpful to bring the following items (bring documents for yourself and your spouse or co-borrower):

• Photo ID
• Tax returns (2 most recent years)
• W2s (2 most recent years)
• Paystubs (2 most recent pay cycles)
• Bank statements (2 most recent months)
